The technology

Your Lommy Blue from SkyEye is continuously receiving signals from up to 20 satellites. It uses these signals to calculate its exact position in your country. (The Lommy Blue can be upgraded for international use.)

The GPS satellites are telling the Lommy Blue GPS-unit, where it is. It then uses the GSM-mobile network to send this information to you.

The Lommy Blue has a very sensitive GPS receiver, which is able to ocalculate the exact position, typically to an accuracy below 20 feet. This information is on a regular basis sent via the GSM mobile network, to a SkyEye server.

When you want to see where your uni it, you log into your personal SkyEye page on the internet. There you will see where the is momentarily, and you will also be able to see where it travelled (its earlier positions). This gives you a very good chace to recover your possessions. Furthermore your can select a number of available extra functions.
